Truly Circles are intentionally designed for small groups of exactly 8 paying participants and 1 host. Because every reserved seat directly shapes the small-group conversational dynamic, attendance reliability is essential for everyone in the room.
The fee to reserve a seat in any scheduled Circle is ₹199 per participant (19,900 paise). This policy outlines when cancellations are permitted, how credits are issued, and how refunds are processed.
If your schedule changes, you may cancel your reservation up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled Circle start time directly from your member dashboard (/bookings/[id]). Your seat will be released back to the community, and you will receive a full Circle credit to reschedule for any upcoming slot.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the call start time and unattended sessions ("no-shows") are non-refundable and do not qualify for a credit. At this late stage, vacant seats cannot be offered to other participants, leaving an empty chair in the Circle.
In the rare event that Truly must cancel a scheduled Circle (due to host unavailability, severe technical disruption, or unavoidable operational factors):
If a verified technical failure on Truly's platform prevents you from joining or completing your scheduled Circle (despite having an active, stable internet connection and compatible browser), please notify us within 24 hours at trulyapp.in@gmail.com with your booking reference ID.
Upon verification by our technical team, a complimentary makeup credit will be issued to your account.
